The automation system for swing gates can be installed quickly on posts as small as 8 cm (3.25 inches). Created solely for small residential swing gates (up to 1.6 m or 5 feet per leaf). Particularly indicated for pedestrian gates.

FROG is the most functional, desirable solution for any type of swing gate. It is the best way to automate a gate without altering its shape and design. In the CAME tradition the reduction gear is electromechanical, to ensure smooth precise and safe movement over time.

- They are sturdy, quiet, but above all electromechanical: care in the choice of materials used, its construction with a permanent fluid grease lubrication, but above all the fact that it is electromechanical, eliminates the need for periodic maintenance of the operators.
- Watertight (IP67, NEMA 6) for uninterrupted operation even under severe rain.
The setting and durability of the foundation case
- Set during the gate installation, the operator is mounted at a later time, thus ensuring a correct installation and cost efficiency.
- Anti-corrosive and resistant to the elements, made of stainless steel and protected with a special galvanised treatment. For extreme applications in the presence of corrosive elements, the STAINLESS STEEL (FROG-B) version is also available.

CAME offers a complete selection of linear electromechanical gate operators that do not require periodic maintenance or internal adjustments. The ATI and KRONO models are built in aluminium to guarantee their sturdiness, compactness and resistance to adverse atmospheric conditions.
An automation solution for every need
The possibility to choose from 11 different operators to meet various applications and requirements such as:
- Gate dimensions: from 1.8 m (6 feet), 3 m (9 feet) or 5 m (16 feet).
- Type of operation: residential or commercial.
- Gate structure and design: ATI and KRONO models vary in design and external finish to blend with the design of the gate.
- Large single leaf gates: with the ATI 5000 series, gates of up to 5 m (16 feet) can be operated even in continuous cycle applications.
- Simplified manual release: all models either reversible or self-locking provide a manual release mechanism in case of power failure. An optional cord release mechanism for the ATI and KRONO H3000 series is available.

The 24 V DC models are designed for continuous duty operation. Slow down at opening and closing. They can accommodate inputs from any access control system: radio transmitter, card reader, telephone entry, safety device loops or photocells.
They incorporate an optional battery backup system in case of power failure. The safety features of the 24 V system include the possibility to adjust the travel speed as well as the slowdown speed in opening and closing.
The obstacle detection feature reverses the movement of the gate in either direction upon sensing an obstacle.

A universal solution for gates installed on large posts where the installation of a linear operator is impractical or impossible.
A solution that is EASY and SAFE to install
- No welding is necessary: the operator can be mounted on any structure thanks to its mounting bracket.
- No pinch point or scissor movement of the arms.
- Single model for left or right side mounting.
- Special space requirements can use the straight telescopic arm instead of the articulated arm.
- The galvanised transmission arm is highly resistant to extreme weather conditions.

An evolution in command logic and in the motorised gate system's control: CAME offers a range of automation systems for sliding gates up to 400-600-800 kg (880-1300-1700 lb) suitable for various installations, operations and safety requirements.
Options include the basic version for residential use, to more sophisticated versions equipped with an ENCODER for a constant electronic control of the system, or with a low voltage motor for contant, intensive operation.
BX automation also means
- The possibility of also controlling partial opening via radio transmitter
Ideal for situations in which the sliding gate must be opened for passage on foot. Once passage takes place, the gate will close automatically.
- Greater safety even with the gate closed
All automatic commands are cancelled when obstacles are detected by photocells.
- A pre-flashing function
As with all CAME automation systems, this safety function signals the opening of the gate via a flashing lamp, thus allowing time to clear the area and facilitating the vehicle's entry or exit.
- The possibility of manual gate opening during a power failure
A convenient unlocking handle, protected by a locked door, allows the user to open the gate manually.
When and why to request the 24V motor version
- To guarantee operation even when there is no power: all that needs to be done is to connect the automation to an emergancy batery unit.
- For the possibility of adjusting the opening and closing to make the gate's movement smoother and safer.
- For the possibility of adjusting full opening and closing times according to operating needs.
- For extra safety: an amperometric device run from the control board, electronically detecting obstacles and halting the gate's movement.
- For intensive use thanks to the motor's low voltage, allowing continuous cycles.
- For complete safety: motors and accessories connected to the system are powered with low voltage.

The BK product range is composed of 6 door versions for gates up to 1200-1800-2200 kg (2600-3900-4800 lb). The products' versatility is also due to innovative operative characteristics such as the ENCODER for constant control of the gate's run.
Not just automation but also
- Total passage control. The automation system can be connected to various activated CAME control systems that can identify, memorise and allow entry or exit exclusively to authorised personnel such as in business complexes.
- The system's complete safety at each opening or closing command. Prior to activating the motor, the electric panel executes a complete AUTOTEST of all connected safety devices.
- A complete system, the RECEIVER for remote control reception is already incorporated to the control board, all that is needed is the card for the desired frequency.
- The automation's protection, the fastening and control system within the automation; using this type of assemblege the automation is made tamper-proof.
Many more services
In addition to the usual control and safety characteristics, the new control logic provides some service functions that optimise automation, such as:
- the STOP and PARTIAL OPENING commands available also from the radio transmitter, thus allowing optimising and adapting the gate's opening according to need;
- the possibility of connecting a light to illuminate the driveway whenever the gate's opening command is activated.
RELIABILITY THANKS TO ATTENTION TO DETAIL: all the models are equipped with control boards incorporated in the unit which are hermetically isolated from the motor to further protect the electronic board from external agents.
EVERYTHING IS SIMPLER EVEN WHEN POWER IS OUT: supplied as standard, the convenient unlocking key facilitates manual opening of the gate; the unlocking device's access door is also protected by a lock that can easily be customised and standardised with other CAME equipment.
